Thousands of Tiny Houseplants

Show any plant parent a four-inch-tall bamboo palm and watch what happens –  “Aww! Look at him!” But this adoring reaction is totally understandable. Baby plants are the cutest. And with so many varieties to love and so many ways to enjoy them, we can’t get enough of them either.

Our Baby Houseplants

Our collection changes all the time and includes tiny versions of many of your favorite  houseplants – like alocasia, philodendron, sansevieria, begonia, peperomia, fern, pilea, all kinds of succulents and cacti, and more. With dozens of different textures, colors, growth forms, leaf shapes, and even light preferences included, finding a favorite (or two, or three) is an engrossing way to spend an afternoon.

Ways to Admire Them

Because they’re so small, tiny houseplants are versatile. Plant a group of coordinating babies in a terrarium – maybe a community of moisture-loving tropicals in a closed glass container or create a mini-desert with cacti and pretty stones in an open clay bowl. Mini houseplants are also key components of a well-appointed fairy garden.

A single little houseplant also looks amazing alone in a tiny pot, too. Tucked nicely onto a windowsill, bookshelf, and office cubicles, they provide beautiful greenery for small spaces. This approach also lets each little plant show off its own personality.

And not surprisingly, children have a natural fondness for tiny plants too. Caring for a baby houseplant or fairy garden is a wonderful way to introduce kids to the joys of plant parenthood. Along the way, they pick up important lessons in responsibility, science, and creativity. They won’t even know they’re learning, just that it’s fun to watch something grow.

Find a New Favorite

We love our collection of tiny houseplants, and we love seeing them go home with their new plant parents. If you have questions about which one to pick, how to care for them, or what kind of pot they’d like, just let us know. We’re always glad to help.
