We like plants, people, and beautiful spaces. John Mulhall came to Omaha in 1953 to landscape, and now, three generations later, we’re as committed as we’ve ever been to making Omaha a more beautiful place to live. Today we’re a team of a few hundred people, but our focus remains the same: working together to engage our community and share our passion for the beauty of the natural world. And we have fun doing it.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a member of the Fresh Cut Tree team at Mulhalls Garden + Home, you’ll help customers find and select the perfect Christmas tree for their home.  When not with a customer, you’ll help keep the sales floor full by executing our Fresh Cut Tree process which includes removing netting, transporting, and hanging trees on our sales floor.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Model our three-step, Every Experience Counts process: Introduce Yourself, “Let Me Take Care of That,” and Keep It Seamless
  • Own our Evergreen Guarantee™, the 100% customer satisfaction promise at the heart of our customer experience
  • Actively welcome customers and assist them in finding the Fresh Cut Tree they prefer, using the waitlist process, actively contributing to our in-store experience
  • Support our Front-End Team during backups at the cash registers by executing merchandise purchases, returns, exchanges, and encouraging customers to enroll in our loyalty program and advocate for our Community Round-Up partner
  • Complete tasks and responsibilities, consistently referring to your weekly schedule, daily zone schedule, and side work checklists
