John Mulhall came to Omaha in 1953 to landscape, and now, three generations later, we’re as committed as we’ve ever been to making Omaha a more beautiful place to live. A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Field Manager, you’ll report to the Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager in our Greater Omaha Landscape Management Branch. You’ll help lead and support our Field Team, keeping focus on our vision to be the most loved commercial landscaping company in the Midwest.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Lead a team of between five and fifteen people, hold scheduled 1:1 meetings with all direct reports, and model what it means to be a manager in line with our purpose, vision, and values
  • Uphold and model a safety-first approach, ensuring adherence to company safety policies while providing training and recognition for positive safety practices
  • Work with crews and Account Managers to maintain the level of quality of Mulhall’s Landscape
  • Manage crew routes, including modifying routes based on new work and cancellations

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of landscape experience, preferred
  • A steady leader who anticipates problems and ensures the job is always done right
  • The ability to independently coordinate the activities of multiple landscape crews
  • Experience in leading a team in landscape, property management, custodial service, or other similar spaces
  • Spanish and English language skills, preferred
  • 3+ years of safe driving experience
