Our Evergreen Guarantee™
When you sell things likely to outlive you, you kind of have to be in it for the long haul. Fortunately, it’s been our long experience that when we treat our customers fairly, they, in turn, are fair with us. We always do our best to take care of our customers, and if you’re not satisfied, we’ll do everything within reason to make it right.
Return Policy
It’s our goal to make returns and exchanges hassle-free within 30 days. Returns after 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment, and if no proof of purchase is available, we’ll offer a refund in the form of a Mulhalls gift card for the item’s current price. The following guidelines and exclusions apply:
- Items must be returned in the same condition you purchased them in
- Home + Holiday items must be in the original packaging with tags still attached
- Plant rescue and seasonal tag sale items are sold as-is and are considered final sale at the time of purchase
- Special-order items are considered final sale at the time of purchase
- Delivery and installation fees are nonrefundable
Plant Guarantee + Product Warranty
All guaranteed plants are guaranteed at the price originally paid. To put us in the best position to help you be successful, we need guaranteed plants to be brought in for evaluation. For plants too large to move, photos work, but we need to be able to see the entire plant to sufficiently evaluate the problem. Plant guarantees and product warranties are subject to the following guidelines and exclusions:
- Shrubs and perennials are guaranteed for one full year from the date of purchase
- Trees are guaranteed for two full years from the date of purchase
- Planting fees carry the same guarantee as the plant installed
- All other plants are not guaranteed and are subject to our return policy
- In the case of manufacturer warranties, we will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve any defects appropriately
