The Mulhall's Guarantee

Customer Satisfaction If you are experiencing problems with your recently planted tree, we encourage you to let us know about the problem. The most efficient way for us to quickly assess your tree’s condition is to see a picture, sent to us electronically. All you need to do is email us a description of what is happening with your tree and attach at picture illustrating that problem. plantguarantee@mulhalls.com Please include your name, address, phone number and your Mulhall’s Member number, if you have one. One of our Nursery staff will promptly respond with a diagnosis and suggestions for your tree.

Mulhall's is committed to our customers' satisfaction. We empower our staff to make fair decisions to do whatever we reasonably can to solve a problem a customer has with a product or service. We use the following guidelines to help define reasonable.

All deciduous and evergreen Trees are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase or installation. Additionally, for any tree purchased in April, May, or June, the guarantee extends until July 1st of the second year in order to give the tree ample time to break dormancy.

Shrubs, Shrub Roses & Perennials are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase or installation. Additionally, for any shrub purchased in April, May, or June, the guarantee extends until July 1st of the year following purchase in order to give the plant ample time to break dormancy.

Grafted Roses, which include Hybrid T, Climbers, Floribunda, Grandiflora, and David Austin English roses need extra attention to handle some Nebraska winters. As such, grafted roses are guaranteed until October 1st of the year of purchase.

Annuals, Herbs, Vegetables, Bulbs & Seeds

These plants are guaranteed to be true to name and description. We guarantee that they are healthy when they leave our store. After that, the plant's health is in the customer's and mother nature's hands.

Aquatic Plants

Hardy aquatic plants are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. Tropical aquatic plants are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase or until October 1st of the current year, whichever is sooner.

Tropical Plants

Tropical plants are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase. (Please be sure the plant is getting proper light and water at its new home.) These plants are not guaranteed against frost or freeze damage. Since flowering tropical plants require a specific set of conditions to bloom, they are not guaranteed to bloom.
