Consultation/Design Request Form

Thank you for your interest in using a professional landscape service, we look forward to working with you on your project. To begin the process, please fill out the application below. Within the next few days, one of our designers will call you to set up a convenient time to meet with you at your property and discuss the various ways landscaping will add value to your home.

There is a *$50.00 refundable consultation fee to cover the cost of this initial visit. This fee is payable during the first meeting. After the site visit, your payment will be refunded to you in the form of two mailed $25.00 gift certificates that can be used, individually, towards each Mulhall’s purchase equaling $250.00 or more.
